To reserve your space in your chosen program, the program’s deposit must be paid when applying. You can pay online via our partner payment processor found at the footer of the website or message us so we can send a payment link.

Can I pay in installments?

  • The first payment of at least 50% of your program must be accredited 120 days (4 months)  before your program start date.
  • The last payment (reaching 100% of the fee) must be accredited 60 days (2 months) before your departure. If you book less than 60 days prior to the commencement of your placement, you will be asked to make full payment immediately to secure your booking.

You can make the payment through our online payment processor, found at the footer of our website. You can also contact us so we can send you the payment link.

What is your refund policy?

If you cancel your placement up to 60 days before the start of your placement and have already paid your program fee in full, we will issue a travel voucher for the full amount paid that can be used for future travel dates. Should you not be able to travel on future dates, on management discretion, we will offer a refund to a maximum value of 50% of the amount paid less the $ 100 admin fee and non-refundable deposit of US $ 200. If you have not yet paid in full, the non-refundable deposit is guaranteed for life, for you only.

If you cancel your placement between 31 – 60 days from your start date, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, we will offer a travel voucher to the full value paid to be used within 12 months. If a payment extension was granted (in writing) and you decide to cancel within this period having only paid the deposit, the non-refundable deposit is guaranteed for life, for you only.

For more information about cancellation and refund policy, please visit our Terms and Conditions page.

Do I have to pay outside of my program fees?

Yes. Visa fees, vaccination or medication expenses, gear acquisitions, laundry, souvenirs, snacks, accommodations before or after the course, and similar costs need to be covered by you. Additionally, you are accountable for any medical bills accrued, whether paid directly or through your personal health insurance policy.
